About me

Hi! My name is Silpita Pochiraju, and I was raised in Dallas, TX. I graduated college in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance at the University of Texas at Dallas. Through past undergraduate career development opportunities, internships, and prior corporate roles, I gained business experience in risk management, management liability, wealth management, client services, leadership in program management, and portfolio strategy in mortgage/investments. As a generalist in these business functions, I noticed the various training styles of leadership and teams, and identified challenges as well as growth oriented initiatives that contribute to productivity levels among teams in the insurance industry. I am passionate about process improvement and creating valuable training practices in the insurance industry while addressing the talent gap we see today through effective change management/leadership.
